Product features, dimensions, materials used, color options, and other technical information are specified in the product descriptions.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor visual differences may occur due to light tone, color, and screen variations.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY

  • Production time: 7–14 business days from design approval

  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on the cargo company

  • Shipping fee: Specified on the order screen

  • The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer

In case of damage to the package during delivery, it is recommended to prepare a report with the cargo officer.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Product prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TL).

  • The sales price including taxes is clearly displayed on the payment screen.

  • If a campaign, discount, or coupon is used, it will be reflected to the customer before payment.

  • Payment methods are the valid payment options listed on our website.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Since purchased products are custom-made, there is no right of withdrawal.

However:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer can contact the Seller within 2 business days of delivery.

  • After necessary inspection, the defective product will be repaired, adjusted, or remanufactured free of charge.

Damages resulting from misuse are not covered by the warranty.

6. WARRANTY INFORMATION

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
The warranty covers issues arising from manufacturing and assembly.

Cases not covered by warranty:

  • Impact, drops, liquid contact

  • Incorrect electrical connection or high voltage

  • Unauthorized repair intervention

What is Neon LED?

Neon LED consists of flexible LED light strips, serving as a modern alternative to classic glass neon. It consumes less energy, has a long lifespan, and can be produced in any desired shape and color.
What is the difference from classic neon?

Classic neon signs are made of glass tubes and are fragile. Neon LEDs, on the other hand, are made of silicone-based flexible material, are impact-resistant, safer, and consume less energy.
Do neon LEDs use a lot of electricity?

No. It consumes up to 70% less energy than traditional neon lights. This means it is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
How long does it last?

A neon LED works for an average of 30,000 - 50,000 hours. This offers years of use, depending on daily usage.
Can the desired text or shape be made?

Yes. Custom text, logos, or special neon LED signs can be made. Color, size, and design are fully customizable.
What color options are available?

Almost all colors are available: red, blue, green, yellow, white, warm white, turquoise, and RGB (color-changing) options are available.
Is it difficult to assemble?

No. Most neon LEDs are lightweight and easy to install. Optionally, you can secure your neon LED sign with double-sided tape, screws, or special fixtures that you can choose from our website, and have it ready for use as plug-and-play.
Can it be repaired if it breaks down?

Generally, yes. When there is a problem with the adapter or the LED section, the parts can be replaced. It is not necessary to completely dismantle and rebuild it.
Where can it be used?

It has a very wide range of uses, from home decoration to cafes, wedding organizations to shop signs.

When will my package be delivered?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped within an average of 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your city.
How can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via SMS or email. With this number, you can easily track your shipment through the courier company's website.
What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

If you notice any damage to the product during delivery, have the cargo officer prepare a damage report and contact us with photos of the damaged product. A solution will be provided as soon as possible.
How much is the shipping cost?
