What is Neon LED?

Neon LED consists of flexible LED light strips, serving as a modern alternative to classic glass neon. It consumes less energy, has a long lifespan, and can be produced in any desired shape and color.

What is the difference from classic neon?

Classic neon signs are made of glass tubes and are fragile. Neon LEDs, on the other hand, are made of silicone-based flexible material, are impact-resistant, safer, and consume less energy.

Do neon LEDs use a lot of electricity?

No. It consumes up to 70% less energy than traditional neon lights. This means it is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

How long does it last?

A neon LED works for an average of 30,000 - 50,000 hours. This offers years of use, depending on daily usage.

Can the desired text or shape be made?

Yes. Custom text, logos, or special neon LED signs can be made. Color, size, and design are fully customizable.

What color options are available?

Almost all colors are available: red, blue, green, yellow, white, warm white, turquoise, and RGB (color-changing) options are available.

Is it difficult to assemble?

No. Most neon LEDs are lightweight and easy to install. Optionally, you can secure your neon LED sign with double-sided tape, screws, or special fixtures that you can choose from our website, and have it ready for use as plug-and-play.

Can it be repaired if it breaks down?

Generally, yes. When there is a problem with the adapter or the LED section, the parts can be replaced. It is not necessary to completely dismantle and rebuild it.

Where can it be used?

It has a very wide range of uses, from home decoration to cafes, wedding organizations to shop signs.

When will my package be delivered?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped within an average of 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your city.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via SMS or email. With this number, you can easily track your shipment through the courier company's website.

What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

If you notice any damage to the product during delivery, have the cargo officer prepare a damage report and contact us with photos of the damaged product. A solution will be provided as soon as possible.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees may vary depending on your order total and current promotions. We offer free shipping on many of our products. Fees may vary by product type and will be clearly displayed in your cart.
